Right Decisions at the Right Time As an insurance investigator, you are responsible for handling applications and making decisions that follow legislation. You work based on clear goals, conducting brief investigations, calculations, and payments. When necessary, you contact applicants, employers, or healthcare providers to gather information. You document ongoing cases. You will handle many applications daily, following a clear process supported by guidelines. You are self-driven and actively seek information to move cases forward. Making legally secure decisions is crucial – this means investigating and deciding according to legislation and treating everyone equally. You will handle confidential information and need good judgment and security awareness. You also need to communicate and interact well with people. You will become part of a unit working together in a fast-paced environment toward common goals. You will regularly discuss the unit's progress and adapt to the organization's objectives and mission.
