Our units belong to the Department of Sickness Insurance and operate within the area of First Claims. Working in First Claims with us means thriving in a complex organization, where the focus is on making quick and accurate decisions while working according to established processes and guidelines. Investigations, analyses, and teamwork
As an insurance investigator, you will be responsible for handling applications and making decisions that comply with legislation. You will work towards clearly defined goals, conducting shorter investigations, calculations, and disbursements. When necessary, you will contact applicants, employers, or healthcare providers to gather information. You will document continuously in the cases.
You will manage many applications each day and follow a clear process supported by guidelines. You are self-driven and actively seek information to move cases forward. Making legally sound decisions is crucial – this means that we investigate and decide according to legislation and treat everyone equally. You will handle confidential information and need to exercise good judgment and be security-conscious. You must also be able to communicate and interact well with people.
You will be part of a unit that works together in a fast-paced environment towards common goals. You will regularly discuss the unit's progress and adapt based on the organization's objectives and assignments. Together, you will create effective working methods, and you will independently plan your workday to manage the tasks that arise during a workday.
