Effective Investigations and Professional Customer Contact
As an insurance investigator, you are a government employee with the mission to investigate and ensure that the right person receives the right compensation at the right time. When working with care allowance, you contact parents of children with special care needs due to illness or disability. In your work, you make assessments through qualified investigations and analyses of documentation, primarily medical statements. You then present proposed decisions to be finalized by designated decision-makers. Contact with individuals occurs via phone and in writing. You gather information and collaborate with healthcare and municipal services. As an insurance investigator, you handle confidential information, which requires careful management. Therefore, it is crucial that you have a high level of security awareness.
We are seeking several time-limited positions, which means you will handle a specific segment of tasks included in the Insurance Investigator role for Care Allowance.

Additional Information
Several positions, time-limited employment for 11 months starting no later than January 19, 2026, full-time. In line with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted during this recruitment. Remote work is possible if the job allows.
