The company is expanding rapidly and is now looking for more insurance brokers who want to be part of an exciting growth journey. **The Role of Insurance Broker** In this role, you will contact customers who have already taken steps in their loan process and offer insurance solutions that match their needs. You will work purposefully and receive continuous support and coaching from your team leader. We will start with a comprehensive introductory training where you will learn all about sales techniques, products, and the industry – and you will receive regular follow-ups to help you grow in your role. **Your Main Responsibilities:** - Contact customers and present insurance solutions in a professional and engaging manner. - Work towards clear sales targets together with your team. - Participate in ongoing coaching and training for continuous development. **We are looking for someone who:** - Has previous sales experience, preferably via phone. - Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and has good English skills. - Is competitive, self-driven, and loves working towards goals. - Enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. **What We Offer You:** - Fixed base salary + attractive commission model – you control your own salary. - Wellness allowance of 4,000 SEK and occupational pension. - Two development days per year and one training hour each week. - 25 vacation days and the possibility of hybrid work. - Internal and external training in loans and credits. - Regular team activities and social events. - An ambitious and fun team where we support and celebrate each other’s successes. **Location & Working Hours** - The headquarters is centrally located in Stockholm. - Working hours: Full-time, 08:00–17:00 or 08:45–17:45. - We work hybrid – office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays. **Application** In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Talent&Partner.
