The Role
The insurance broker role involves contacting customers who have chosen to proceed with a loan and presenting the insurance products offered by the company. You will work towards clear goals and receive support from your immediate manager to continually develop your sales skills.
The position begins with training that covers sales techniques, product knowledge, and the industry in Sweden. During your time at the company, you will also receive ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure your continued development.
Your main responsibilities:
• Contact customers and present insurance solutions.
• Work towards set goals and develop your sales in collaboration with your immediate manager.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing coaching to optimize your sales.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has sales experience, preferably in telemarketing.
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has good knowledge of English.
• Is results-oriented and enjoys working towards goals.
