You will be part of a unit consisting of insurance administrators and review officers. The unit is geographically divided across four different locations in the country, which means collaboration with colleagues will be conducted digitally and remotely.
Investigations, Decisions, and Teamwork
The work involves administration focused on review and appeal. You will work in the initial part of the review process, which includes preparing appeals for handling within the agency and court, as well as preparing documentation for the court's review of the case. You will administer the formal aspects of cases that have been submitted to the Social Insurance Agency for review and distribute other cases to the next stage of the process. As an Insurance Administrator, you will handle confidential information, which requires high standards of proper management. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of security awareness.
You will have written and/or verbal contact with other departments and sometimes with the appellant and administrative court. Internally, you will collaborate with review officers and support functions such as process managers and specialists.

• Is computer proficient
It is meritorious if you:
• Have experience as a registrar at the Social Insurance Agency
• Have knowledge of administrative law, public access and confidentiality, and the Social Insurance Code

Additional Information
A permanent, full-time position, with start date by agreement. Probationary employment may be applicable. In accordance with the Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted during this recruitment. Remote work is possible if the job allows.
