About the Unit:
Logistics Unit Stockholm is a unit at Life Guards that supports military units from the operational locations of Stockholm, Solna, and Kungsängen.
The unit currently consists of a Staff, a Technical Department, two Supply Departments in Stockholm and Kungsängen, and a Mobilization Department based in Kungsängen. The Logistics Unit contributes to a stronger defense force through well-functioning logistics, unit-specific storage, supply provisioning, and material maintenance order in peacetime, during increased readiness, and in war.
As an employee of the Armed Forces, we offer:

Primary Work Tasks:
• Collaborate in developing the work team and department
• Represent the section and/or department at various forums
• Conduct accounting and inventory of supplies in the Armed Forces accounting systems Lift, Prio (SAP), and other IT systems
• Work with large parts of a logistics chain, from warehouse, packaging, transportation, storage, and maintenance
• Systematically build up storage of war unit materials and supplies
• Participate in exercises throughout the Armed Forces
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Minimum three-year high school education or other competence deemed equivalent by the employer
• Several years of experience in warehouse/storage work, within a service profession, or other competence deemed equivalent
• Driver's license class B minimum (manual)
• Very good proficiency in digital computer environments
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Forklift certification at least LPT10 B-classes
Personal Characteristics:
We are seeking someone who is structured, curious, orderly, and has a sense of service. Meeting new people should be natural, and you should be able to express yourself well verbally and in writing. You will work in a group, so we prefer someone who can collaborate well with others and maintain good camaraderie, but also work independently and take initiative and personal responsibility. As a person, you are stress-resistant, meticulous, and loyal. Great importance will be placed on personal characteristics during selection.
Meritorious:
• Experience handling Armed Forces accounting systems Lift, Prio (SAP)
• Previous work with Armed Forces materials
• Knowledge and experience from Armed Forces operations
• Truck driver's license
• Military driving permit
• ADR Sender and basic
• Wheel loader and forklift certifications within LPT10 C-qualifications
• Experience in customer service/sales or similar
Other:
Employment Type: Permanent employment initiated with a six-month probationary period

Work Location: Kungsängen, Upplands-Bro municipality, but also at other locations during work shifts
Working Hours: Daytime, but other times may occur. Travel and exercises are included
