About the Unit:
The Logistics Unit Stockholm is a unit within the Life Guards that supports military units from operational locations in Stockholm, Solna, and Kungsängen.
The unit currently consists of a Staff, a Technical Department, a Mobilization Department, a Supply Department in Stockholm, and a Supply Department in Kungsängen. The Logistics Unit contributes to a stronger defense force through well-functioning logistics, unit-close storage management, supply provision, and ordering of material maintenance in peacetime, during readiness increases, and in wartime. The Armed Forces, and particularly the Logistics Unit Stockholm, are experiencing growth in several different areas.
As an employee within the Armed Forces, we offer:

Main Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing goods
• Loading and unloading of goods
• Inspect goods before recording in the system
• Collaborate to develop the work team
• Represent the section and/or department in various forums
• Conduct accounting and inventory of supplies in the Armed Forces' accounting systems Lift and Prio (SAP)
• Participate in exercises throughout the Armed Forces
• Manage customer contacts with all customers and functions within the Armed Forces together with colleagues
• Be prepared to support other sections within the department
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Approved upper secondary education
• Driver's license at least B (Manual)
• Very good experience working in a digital data environment
• Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish
Personal Attributes:

You have a knack for communicating with others both verbally and in writing. We often work at a fast pace, and quick decisions will need to be made, so we appreciate if you can maintain your composure even in stressful situations.

Meritorious:
• Experience handling the Armed Forces' accounting systems Lift and Prio (SAP)
• Previous employment within the Armed Forces
• Previous work with the Armed Forces' material
• Knowledge and experience from the Armed Forces' operations
• Military driving license

Employment Type: Permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period for those not currently employed by the Armed Forces

Work Location: Kungsängen, Upplands-Bro Municipality
Working Hours: Daytime, evening, and weekend work may occur during shorter periods

The Life Guards is one of the largest units in the Armed Forces with roots dating back to 1521. We train tomorrow's soldiers, as well as military police and personnel for international missions. We guard the royal palaces, and we have security and ground combat units. We are also responsible for preserving and developing the Swedish military music tradition.
