We are looking for a Warehouse Manager for the Department of Technology and Recreation, Street/Park Division – an exciting and developing position where you can make a difference! **Job Responsibilities** You will work with purchasing, receiving and distributing goods, maintaining order and being responsible for inventory both indoors and outdoors, as well as conducting stocktaking. A significant part of the role involves communicating with suppliers and customers, particularly in delivering service and materials to colleagues within the department. You will work in a team closely with the Vehicle Manager and Administrator, as well as with team leaders, managers, and skilled workers. On-call duty is included in the position. **Experience and Education** We are looking for a person with the competence and commitment to manage a municipal warehouse and who preferably has some knowledge of water and sewage materials. You are computer literate and enjoy helping colleagues. Operating a forklift and wheel loader is part of the job. For the role, you are required to have: - A service-oriented mindset - Computer proficiency - Experience in the construction industry or street & park maintenance - The ability to maintain order and cleanliness - A B driver's license **Preferred Qualifications:** - BE or C driver's license, forklift certification & wheel loader authorization - Experience in water construction - Background in municipal operations - Experience working with on-call duty **As a Person** We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented Warehouse Manager.
