**About the Position**
As a packaging operator, you will play a central role in Rechon’s production flow, where your main focus will be to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently. The job involves both packaging pharmaceuticals and operating machinery, where you will monitor, adjust, and keep the machines running continuously to maintain the highest possible quality. The role is technically varied yet requires fine motor skills and is repetitive, demanding a high pace, accuracy, and concentration throughout the entire work shift.
**Examples of Responsibilities:**
- Labeling and packaging of products
- Documentation of work according to GMP
- Monitoring, operating, and controlling machines in the production line
The position is full-time and operates on a rotating 3-shift schedule from Monday to Friday with varied working hours between 06:00 and 00:00. You will start with a comprehensive introduction during the first two months on daytime hours (07:00-15:30), where you will shadow an experienced operator.

To thrive in this role, you need to be meticulous, structured, and able to follow instructions and routines easily. The work is detailed and repetitive, which requires good fine motor skills, focus, and endurance even during longer periods of the same tasks.
**Requirements for the Position**
- Completed high school diploma
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good understanding of English
**Preferred Experience**
- Pharmaceutical production
- Process industry
- Work involving repetitive tasks at a high pace
- Roles where fine motor skills, accuracy, and multitasking are crucial
- Knowledge of GMP or experience with documentation requirements
