**About the Role**
As a foreman at Mariestadsblommor, you will lead a team of 10–30 employees depending on the season. You will work closely with the other three team leaders and will also have some contact with suppliers. Your responsibilities will include planning cultivation, planting, watering, packing, and caring for plants. Over time, you will also perform some scheduling, purchasing, and sales tasks.
**About You**
To succeed in the role of foreman, we believe you have a strong interest in the cultivation of potted plants. You have previous experience in agriculture, cultivation, or a similar field. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and hold a B driver's license with access to your own vehicle. It is advantageous if you have prior experience in leadership roles. As a person, you are proactive, practical, and responsible, with an eye for order and tidiness. You are communicative, driven, and socially oriented. The work involves some heavier lifting, which means you should be physically fit and not afraid of physical work.
**Requirements:**
- Work experience in plant cultivation, agriculture, or a similar field
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- B driver's license

- Previous experience in leadership roles
- Relevant theoretical education
