Future's Most Important Job We are facing the biggest transformation in our 130-year company history and are now seeking an experienced Negotiation Manager with deep knowledge of labor law and union relations. In this role, you will lead negotiations, develop effective processes, and create solutions that strengthen collaboration between employers and union parties. Your Role We are seeking a Negotiation Manager for the Compensation and Benefits department, which is part of LKAB's Group-level HR organization. The department consists of a team including a Negotiation Manager, strategists, and coordinators. The department has overall responsibility for wage formation, positions and position structures, compliance with laws and agreements, and development of collective agreements. This also includes responsibility for pensions, benefits, and development and management of routines and governing documents in these areas. We are seeking an experienced negotiator with a passion for labor law and union cooperation. As Negotiation Manager, you will become the HR organization's specialist in labor law and collective agreement issues. You will lead and participate in negotiations, develop our wage and agreement structures, and drive projects in line with the HR strategy. The role also involves educating managers and employees and ensuring modern and transparent processes within wage formation, collective agreements, negotiation, labor law, and wage systems. Your Profile To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in several areas such as wage formation, collective agreements, negotiation, or labor law. You have strategic ability and a coaching approach. As a person, you easily build relationships and are skilled at collaborating with various stakeholders. You are proactive and attentive, but can also focus on seeing things from a holistic perspective. We also expect you to have an excellent ability to express yourself both verbally and in writing. We expect you to have: - Academic degree in HR, law, or other relevant field - Extensive experience in multiple areas of wage formation, negotiation, labor law, and wage structure - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing - B driver's license is a requirement for all positions at LKAB - Experience from larger companies is meritorious Warm welcome with your application!
