As a negotiator at Region Västernorrland, you will have an important and developmental role where you represent the employer in labor law decisions and negotiations. The position is located within the Regional Management Administration's staff, where you will work in the HR Strategy and Projects unit alongside the Chief Negotiator and HR strategists, engaging both strategically and operationally within HR processes. You will report to the HR Director.
We are now looking for a negotiator to join us! This position is a permanent full-time employment, based at the Region's House in Härnösand. Start date is negotiable.
**Negotiator for HR Strategy, Härnösand**
**Responsibilities**
The role of the negotiator involves:
• Working with support and guidance based on the interpretation and application of labor law legislation as well as central and local collective agreements.
• Providing qualified support in labor law and employer policy issues within the region.
• Conducting negotiations and collaborating with trade unions.
• Offering support in the rehabilitation process.
• Being responsible for investigations.
• Developing and revising governing documents.
In addition to the above tasks, you will also act as an important support to your colleagues within HR.

**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a degree in law or human resources with a specialization in labor law, or other education that the employer deems equivalent, combined with relevant work experience.
• Has experience in negotiations within labor law and practical application and interpretation of laws and collective agreements.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you:
• Have experience working within public administration.
• Have good knowledge of relevant central collective agreements and general provisions.
