Your Responsibilities
We are now seeking an engaged and technically skilled sales professional who wants to strengthen our team and contribute to our continued success journey. As a technical business sales representative, you will play a key role in driving our growth within security technology. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities – from initial customer contact to needs analysis, technical demonstrations, and quote preparation. You will be involved throughout the entire sales cycle, building long-term relationships, and thanks to your technical understanding, you can conduct advisory dialogues even in more complex business deals. Through business acumen and trust-building communication, you will help customers identify their needs and guide them towards the right solutions. You will work closely with both our technicians and other sales colleagues, actively contributing to our collective success through an unpretentious and solution-oriented collaboration.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in technical sales focusing on security systems, technology infrastructure, or related areas. Having worked with IT security, system integration, or complex technical solutions is particularly meritorious. You understand the importance of understanding customer needs and can translate technical knowledge into business proposals.
As a person, you are proactive, goal-oriented, and accustomed to taking responsibility for your workday. You work systematically and independently while appreciating collaboration and seeing the value in a strong team. To succeed in the role, you need excellent communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and a B driver's license, as the role involves daily travel. You will be based at our office in Sandviken or Gävle.
