Manager / Qualified Contact Person

E&M Vison AB operates supported housing and training apartments for adults in Västra Götaland. Our target group includes individuals facing challenges in establishing a satisfactory lifestyle due to issues such as substance abuse, mental health problems, psychosocial difficulties, non-conforming behaviors, and homelessness. We strive to provide support and resources to promote well-being and independence among our clients. We are seeking a manager/qualified contact person who wants to be a central part of our operations and contribute to quality, development, and safety for both staff and clients. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the staff through regular individual supervision sessions, method guidance, and case reviews, where you provide support in assessments, working methods, and documentation. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring that client processes function effectively, while also supporting staff in more challenging situations and participating in difficult conversations as needed. You will also be responsible for the introduction of new employees, where you will use or develop orientation plans and review routines, documentation, and the needs of the target group. In recruitment processes, you will participate in interviews and ensure that new staff receive a secure start in the organization. In your daily work, you will actively engage in organizational development by creating and updating method support, templates, and work materials, as well as monitoring the work environment, employee satisfaction, and workload. You will contribute to a shared understanding of goals, working methods, and core values, ensuring that lessons learned from supervision are implemented in practice. Once a month, you will hold internal mini-lectures or workshops for the staff group. The role also involves close collaboration with commissioners and acting as a "spider in the web" between management, staff, clients, landlords, and social services. You will represent the organization at important meetings such as SIP, collaborations, and follow-ups, and will be responsible for receiving and conducting study visits. If necessary, you will also work independently as a contact person in your own cases, depending on the organization’s occupancy. For this position, you are required to have a relevant higher education degree of at least 120 credits with a focus on social work or equivalent. You need to have prior experience working with the target group as well as documented experience in personnel responsibility. These requirements are essential for taking on overall responsibility in the role while providing professional support to both employees and clients. The position is for 60–100% and is primarily scheduled during daytime hours. Evening and weekend work may occur as needed.
