About Us
Kvarnby IK is a developing association with approximately 800 members, focusing on developing players – both girls and boys – in a safe and inspiring environment.
About the Role
As an Association Development Manager, you are the administrative manager and hub of the organization. You are responsible for ensuring smooth daily administration and providing support to our coaches, players, and board. You will work closely with our football development manager, coaches, and board to ensure a well-functioning operation.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the association's administrative routines and documentation
• Handle member registry, licenses, and transfers
• Responsible for scheduling and bookings
• Manage contact with association sponsors and be responsible for acquiring new sponsors
• Handle the association's financial administration (invoices, grant applications, etc.)
• Serve as contact person for associations, municipalities, and partners
• Support coaches and parents with practical assistance in team administration and materials
• Responsible for planning and implementing association events
• Contribute to the development of digital systems and processes
We Are Looking for Someone Who
• Has experience with administrative work, preferably in sports or non-profit organizations
• Can manage ongoing financial matters when needed
• Can handle scheduling and booking of training and matches
• Is meticulous, structured, and self-motivated
• Is solution-oriented, flexible, and stress-resistant, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Enjoys collaborating and communicating with diverse people
• Has excellent computer skills and preferably knowledge of association management systems
(e.g., SportAdmin, Fogis, or similar)
• Has a genuine interest in football and association life

The position is 100%, with a 3-month probationary period. Some work will occur during evenings and weekends.
