The Solåkrabyn Association is seeking employees for permanent and long-term substitute positions.

Solåkrabyn is a non-profit organization that provides social therapeutic LSS services for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and Selaön in Stallarholmen. We are looking for individuals who are interested in working for and with the residents of our group homes. It is important to us that you have a genuine interest in people, treating our residents with respect and considering their individual needs and wishes. Given the varied nature of the work, you should be self-assured, able to adapt to different situations, and enjoy learning new things. You should be attentive and show interest in your work. It is essential that you take responsibility for your tasks and feel comfortable asking questions when necessary. Qualifications: You need to have a background in care and nursing, equivalent education, or experience working in care and support. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required due to extensive documentation and communication needs. Computer skills and a valid B driver's license are also necessary. Experience with Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) and working with individuals with disabilities is considered an advantage. The tasks involve supporting, motivating, and stimulating residents' abilities to perform daily life activities, as well as creating conditions for a meaningful life. Daily written documentation is part of the job responsibilities. Working hours: Scheduled work hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call overnight shifts.
