About this role
Do you thrive in qualified investigative work and want to be part of a team that makes a difference? With us, you will have overall responsibility in the processing procedure and a central role in strengthening legally secure and accessible transport services.
**Job Responsibilities**
As a transport service case officer with us, you will be an important part of a small team of four. Together, you will be responsible for the entire process surrounding transport service case management, from receiving applications to making decisions in accordance with applicable legislation. In your daily work, you will investigate applications and make assessments based on laws and guidelines. You will translate regulations into practical decisions to ensure that individuals with permanent disabilities receive the support they are entitled to.
The work involves contact with applicants where you answer questions and guide them through the process. You need to feel confident in making decisions, even in cases that may be complex or sensitive. Part of the job involves continuous improvements, both to strengthen legal security and to create smooth and professional service for our travelers.
This is a role for you who enjoys investigative work, likes to work efficiently, and wants to contribute to making a difference in people's everyday lives.
