Health and Medical Care Department Region Uppsala's Management Office is part of Region Uppsala, one of Uppsala County's largest employers. Our Operation Region Uppsala's Journal Distribution belongs to the Patient and Care Systems Support unit, which is part of the Health and Medical Care Department at the Management Office. Patient and Care Systems Support's task is to relieve healthcare operations in matters concerning asylum patients, patient listing, care guarantees, care system support, and the distribution of journal copies, log reports, and blocking management. Our mission is to provide administrative services to patients, residents, other authorities, healthcare facilities, and more. We also assist healthcare operations with advice on matters within our areas of responsibility. Your Assignment Your work tasks will involve processing orders and preparing journal copies from Region Uppsala's various care systems, primarily Cosmic. The work includes an initial assessment of documents to be released. You will also work with managing journal blocking requests and releasing log reports upon request from residents and healthcare operations. Order documentation is primarily done in Cosmic, and invoicing is done in Agresso. Orders are received via mail and in digital format. The operation has a telephone service where residents and operations contact for questions about the service's offerings. You will be involved in development projects within the operation. Your Qualifications and Competence You are an excellent administrator with some background in healthcare. You have knowledge of journal systems, preferably Cosmic, and a good ability to understand the documentation contained in a patient journal. You are accustomed to working with telephone service and have excellent computer skills and experience working in multiple systems simultaneously. Experience with Region Uppsala or work within a public authority is desirable. As a person, you are meticulous and flexible. You are easy to collaborate with in a group and can also work independently and take responsibility for your work. You speak and write good Swedish and are comfortable speaking English. Requirements: • Worked as a nurse, nursing assistant, or medical secretary • Good administrator • Experienced in telephone service • Extensive computer skills working in multiple systems • Experience with a journal system Meritorious: • Worked in Cosmic • Experience working in a region or other public authority We Offer We offer you a temporary position for at least 12 months with potential extension.
