**About the Position**
The role of Leasing and Property Management Administrator involves you, along with another leasing colleague, being responsible for the leasing process of residential units and supplementary housing. This position is a parental leave cover starting on February 2, 2026, and lasting until April 11, 2027.
You will meet potential tenants, conduct viewings, handle applications, and draft lease agreements. You are an important part of the office's daily operations and work closely with the property manager, technicians, and other colleagues. You will also contribute to tenant communication via the app, information boards, and meetings, as well as participate in disturbance cases and inspections.
**Your Profile**
You have at least two years of experience in B2C sales targeting private individuals, preferably within housing, subscriptions, or similar fields. You have worked with administration and customer contact and are accustomed to working in CRM, business, or case management systems.
You possess a B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Speaking and writing in additional languages is an advantage.
As a person, you are structured, service-oriented, and enjoy taking responsibility. You find it easy to collaborate and actively contribute to a positive work environment.
You will be based in Växjö and be part of a cohesive workgroup consisting of property technicians, managers, and the property manager. You will report to the Property Manager for Växjö/Hässleholm.

- Responsible for the leasing of residential units and supplementary housing
- Manage customer service contact, both physically (office) and digitally (phone)
- Publish and update available properties on the website
- Conduct viewings of available apartments
- Handle tenant applications
- Draft lease agreements
- Receive and register terminations
- Process subletting and apartment exchange requests
- Participate in pre-inspections together with operational technicians
- Assist in final inspections as needed
- Participate in disturbance cases alongside property technicians
- Attend tenant meetings
- Participate in various events, e.g., open viewings, fairs
