About the Role
As an AV Technician at Ricoh, you'll have a varied workday installing and servicing modern meeting room solutions for our customers. You'll become part of our Communication Services (CS) team, handling everything from screens and microphones to cameras and other video conferencing equipment – in both small and large meeting rooms.
The work is diverse and can include both shorter assignments and larger projects requiring full-day work. You'll plan your days together with colleagues in support and Dispatch.
Your Responsibilities:
• Installation of AV equipment and meeting room solutions
• Cable routing and mounting
• Functional and quality checks
• Troubleshooting in collaboration with coordinator and technical support
• Service assignments for existing customers
• Documentation in case management system
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Has at least 3 years of experience in AV technology and similar tasks
• Has experience with systems from Cisco, Yealink, or Logitech (or similar)
• Is technically skilled, meticulous, and quality-conscious
• Has a service-oriented and professional approach
• Is flexible and enjoys varying work environments
• Has Swedish citizenship (security screening included)
• Holds a B driver's license
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English
