Field Support Technician as Needed - Uppsala/Enköping

About the Role We are seeking a flexible field support technician on an hourly basis (intermittent employment) who can step in when needed and reinforce our team – both at customer sites in Uppsala County and in our workshops in Uppsala and Enköping. You will help private individuals and companies with everything from troubleshooting and installation to advice and technical support. One day you might clear viruses for a business owner – the next day you could be replacing an SSD in a laptop or helping with mobile repair in the store. Job Responsibilities • Perform field support on-site for customers in Uppsala County (e.g., computer issues, networks, email, printers, accounts) • Provide technical support in-store or workshop in Uppsala/Enköping as needed • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware problems (PC and preferably Mac) • Be the external face of Alina – confident, pedagogical, and service-oriented • Maintain order of tools, equipment, and work orders We Are Looking for Someone Who • Has experience with computer repair, troubleshooting, and IT support • Can take initiative and work independently • Has a driver's license and enjoys driving • Is social, reliable, and can explain technology in simple terms • Has a strong sense of responsibility and likes to step in where needed • Bonus: Experience with mobile repair or workshop work We Offer • Hourly employment (extra as needed) – perfect for those who want to combine with studies or other work • Varied assignments – both field and workshop • A close-knit team where you can grow • Potential to expand working hours if needed Application Submit your application as soon as possible – we are interviewing on an ongoing basis!
