About the Position
As a Field Service Planner, you will work on planning and coordinating resources within global gas turbine projects. You will become a key person in ensuring that the right expertise is in the right place at the right time, in close collaboration with internal interfaces and an experienced team.
You will manage complex planning workflows and be a central contact point in the organization. The role requires good communication skills, structure, and a solution-oriented approach.
You will be part of a team of over 30 employees, divided into functions that handle everything from preparation and visas to invoicing and field service. Here, there is a strong team spirit and a shared focus on quality and delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
• Operational and strategic planning of field resources
• Coordination with internal and global interfaces
• Management of planning systems such as SAP, SalesForce, etc.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience in service, logistics, or similar fields
• Ability to work systematically and manage multiple parallel tasks
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
