Field Secretary

Do You Want to Make a Difference for Children and Youth? We are seeking three field secretaries who want to work proactively and preventively to give children and young people a secure start in life. You will meet youth where they are and strengthen their resources to create sustainable changes – both in school environments and in society, according to a schedule that includes weekday and weekend evenings. Your Mission As a field secretary, you will work with early interventions that prevent social problems and strengthen young people's own resources. Your mission includes: • Support and outreach work with youth from intermediate school and up, as well as contact with guardians • School and evening/weekend work in youth arenas, both physically and digitally, to build relationships and identify needs • Conflict management, mediation, and participation in risk zone conversations when deemed appropriate • Collaboration with schools, police, associations, and other actors, as well as arranging group activities and parent meetings • Contributing to organizational development through ideas, new projects, and monitoring methods in preventive youth work Your Experience We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and has experience working with children and youth, preferably in outreach or social work. We are looking for someone with: • Education as a social worker or other college education that the employer deems equivalent • B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles, as travel is part of the job • Experience working in social services or similar organizations is meritorious Are You the One?
