About the Role: As an Experienced Field Sales Representative, you will play a central role in strengthening Sun4Energy's presence around Västernorrland, Jämtland, or Västerbotten. You will be responsible for creating new customer relationships and maximizing sales through proactive fieldwork. With freedom under responsibility, you will build your own network of both private and corporate customers while positioning Sun4Energy as a leading player in renewable energy. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively identify and contact new customers, including door-to-door sales and networking. • Tailor energy solutions to meet specific customer needs. • Build long-term relationships with homeowners and small commercial customers. • Work closely with local networks to strengthen company visibility and create new business opportunities. • Manage the entire sales process, from first contact to contract. Your Profile: We are seeking a business-driven and committed field sales representative who enjoys taking initiative and working independently. You have an eye for business opportunities and a strong will to create success, both for yourself and the company. • At least 2 years of successful sales experience in solar panels or alarms, preferably as a field sales representative in B2C and B2B. • Strong ability to build relationships and win customer trust. • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and high energy for driving sales processes. • Experience in creating your own leads and comfortable with door-to-door sales as a method. • Driver's license and willingness to travel within the region. • Good communication skills in Swedish and English. Additional Information: Start Date: According to agreement Benefits: Health allowance, company car, flexible working hours, base salary between 35,000-50,000 SEK + commission A 1-year sales training including 25 diploma-granting sales courses and live lectures every week. You also have the opportunity to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training on-site in Stockholm to further develop as a sales professional.
