Job Description We are now looking for a business-driven field salesperson who wants to help continue establishing Flexi Tak in the Swedish market. As a field salesperson, you will be a key person in our growth journey. You will be responsible for driving the sales of Flexi Tak in the field and building long-term relationships with customers in the construction and contracting industry. You will work from your home, primarily focusing on Central Sweden, but as sales grow, the district may expand to include more regions. The role involves independent work where you plan your own days, visit customers, follow up on deals, and actively contribute to increasing product awareness. Responsibilities • Plan and conduct customer visits within the construction and contracting industry • Contact and create new business opportunities with potential customers • Demonstrate and present Flexi Tak at job sites and to customers • Drive the entire sales process from initial contact to closing • Follow up on deals and nurture long-term customer relationships • Actively work to establish and increase product awareness in the market • Report sales activities and results to the company's owners during weekly check-ins • Plan and structure your work independently from a home office • Travel for work within the region (and gradually to more areas) Qualifications We are looking for a driven and self-sufficient salesperson who wants to help bring our innovative products to the market! In this role, you will have significant responsibility to plan, execute, and drive your activities forward. You will have regular check-ins with the company's owners once a week, but otherwise work freely and independently – a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives with freedom under responsibility and has a natural business sense. We prefer that you have experience in sales within construction, industry, or other technically oriented sectors. You are communicative, trustworthy, and results-oriented, with the ability to both create new business contacts and develop existing customer relationships. Since travel is a regular part of the job, you need to have a valid driver's license (B category) and enjoy working in the field. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
