We are now seeking a committed Field Sales Representative who wants to be part of our growth journey and help even more Swedes experience the authentic taste of Familjen Snellman.

Job Description:
As a Field Sales Representative at Familjen Snellman Sverige AB, you will be responsible for sales work with selected customers in Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg, and the Norrland Coast). You will work closely with the team in Sweden and in close collaboration with our colleagues in Finland – a tight-knit team where experience, knowledge, and commitment are shared across borders.
The role offers significant room for personal responsibility, freedom, and the opportunity to make an impact. You will become a key person in our Swedish sales team and an important representative of the Familjen Snellman brand for our customers.
In your role as Field Sales Representative, you will have direct contact with purchasing managers in primarily grocery stores. We maintain a good long-term collaboration with stores and work closely together to drive our shared business forward.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sales and development of Familjen Snellman's meat and charcuterie products with assigned customers.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with stores and other partners.
• Drive distribution, activation, and visibility in stores with a focus on growth.
• Plan and execute customer activities such as tastings, campaigns, or events.
• Responsible for maintaining the company's CRM system with accurate information/reporting in your area.
• Actively collaborate with colleagues in Sweden and Finland to develop the market and create shared success.
Personal Profile:
• Several years of experience in sales to grocery retail or HoReCa, preferably with fresh or charcuterie products.
• Enjoys working independently but also appreciates teamwork and community.
• Passionate about sales with a natural ability to build trust and create long-term relationships.
• Curious, engaged, and comfortable working in an environment where quality and genuine values are central.
• Good at structuring work and likes to see results.
• Holds a B driver's license and enjoys traveling for work.
• Driven to create customer value and success for both the company and the customer.
• Social, enjoys people, and easily creates long-term relationships.

Requirements:
• Experience working in a professional sales team targeting grocery retail or HoReCa.
• Experience working in stores is meritorious.
• Experience with deli products is meritorious.
• Experience with fresh products is meritorious.
