Athletic Work is now seeking a field installer for one of our clients in Malmö – a familiar, warm, and down-to-earth company that has been in the industry for many years and is well-known for its quality and commitment. This is the job for you if you enjoy working in the field, like practical tasks, and want to play an important role in creating sustainable and aesthetically pleasing solutions for clients' properties. You will start as a consultant for Athletic Work and then become employed by the client.
About the Role
As a field installer, you will work on-site where the action is – at client locations and construction sites. You will have a varied and hands-on job involving the assembly/disassembly and joining of different types of façade, door, and glass sections. You will work from drawings and guidelines, ensuring that each installation is carried out with precision – results that not only meet the requirements but that you can proudly put your name behind. In this role, you will be the face of the company, which means that your demeanor, professionalism, and ability to build trust are just as important as your technical skills. Therefore, we will place great emphasis on your personality and how you represent the company during the recruitment process.
In addition to installation work, you will also support other areas of the business as needed. This makes the role both developmental and varied – perfect for you if you enjoy days that offer a bit of everything and where you have the opportunity to grow in your professional role.
We believe you…
• Have experience in installation work or construction-related tasks
• Can read drawings or are willing to learn
• Preferably have worked with aluminum or glass sections (meritorious but not required)
• Are practically inclined and enjoy seeing the results of your work
• Are meticulous, solution-oriented, and used to taking responsibility
• Take initiative and thrive with many contacts in your job
Meritorious:
• Fall protection training
• Forklift license
• Hot work certification
• Construction technical education or equivalent experience
Requirements:
• B driver's license
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
