About the Position At Arena Personal, we have several clients in the Stockholm area who occasionally need assistance in customer service/reception. As a mobile consultant, you will have the opportunity to learn about various businesses and tasks, as well as establish valuable contacts for the future. In the role of customer service representative/receptionist, good computer skills and an interest in administrative work are required. Typical tasks include handling shipments, emails, and invoices, answering switchboard calls, and providing assistance while offering the best possible service to customers and visitors.
About You We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and has previous experience in customer service, administration, or reception. We prefer candidates who are meticulous, social, flexible, and helpful. It is also important that you can work independently.
Requirements for the Position: - Administrative experience - Good language skills in both Swedish and English
Additional Information Working hours are scheduled during weekdays in the daytime. We would appreciate your flexibility to step in on short notice in case of sudden absence/illness.
