Work Tasks and Responsibilities for ICA Maxi E-commerce – Picking, Packing, and Service
In the role of part-time staff for ICA Maxi E-commerce, you will primarily work on picking and packing customer orders and ensuring high quality in each delivery. You play a key role in creating a positive customer experience. Work days can vary and the pace can sometimes be high, so we are seeking someone who is flexible and likes to take initiative!
• Pick and pack customer orders according to ICA Maxi's procedures
• Ensure the highest standard of quality and freshness of goods
• Work with customer service and answer questions during pickup
• Contribute to order and cleanliness in the work area and follow safety regulations
• Assist with other warehouse and store-related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Part-time E-commerce/Logistics Staff
• At least 18 years old
• Good communication skills and service-mindedness
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Basic computer skills
• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce is meritorious
• Flexible and able to work varying hours – early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are common
• Requirement of another primary occupation of at least 50% (e.g., studies, other work, or self-employment)
