Part-time Forklift Operator - Weekday Shifts (10am-7pm)

Job Responsibilities We are now seeking several responsible, driven, flexible, and wonderful employees who want to work part-time as Forklift Operators in Växjö! As a forklift operator, your main tasks will consist of forklift driving and order picking. Work shifts are scheduled on weekdays, with shift lengths varying from 3-8 hours between 10:00-19:00. We will schedule your working hours both weekly and day-by-day based on our customers' needs and your availability. We take a long-term view of our collaboration and expect you to work approximately 2-3 shifts per week. Your Profile We believe that someone who enjoys this work is unpretentious, positive, and takes on new tasks with a smile. You are our ambassador to our customers, contribute to a good atmosphere, and enjoy working with new people and in different environments. You have an ability to easily understand instructions, are meticulous, and are happy to step up where needed. You are an initiator but not afraid to ask if you are uncertain about something! Additionally, you are flexible and committed to good communication with us, your colleagues, and our clients. We place great importance on your personal qualities. Forklift certification A1-4 and B1-B4 is required, and previous forklift and warehouse experience is considered meritorious. Swedish language proficiency in speech and writing is required. Ideal candidates have another primary occupation of at least 50%, such as studies, another job, retirement, elite sports, or running your own company.
