Working with us! - SRB Retail House As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you will be responsible for ensuring that store shelves are always well-stocked and that products are displayed in a visually appealing manner. Your main tasks include: • Restocking and managing goods • Checking signage and re-displaying as needed • Ordering goods and tracking inventory status • Communicating with store staff and ensuring the store’s needs are met • Working independently in-store and potentially visiting multiple stores in one day In this role, freedom with responsibility is important - you plan and carry out your work independently but always have support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House. Who we are looking for We are looking for someone to work approximately 20 hours per week, spread across Monday to Friday. This is primarily a temporary position during weeks 52 and 1, with the possibility of additional assignments as needed. The temporary role starts in December, but training will begin immediately. To thrive in this role, we expect you to: • Have an interest in grocery retail and enjoy physically active work • Be solution-oriented, communicative, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Prefer working independently and changing environments throughout the workday • Be an early riser – we start our workdays early in the morning • Have a driver's license and access to your own car since you will be visiting several stores in one day Preferred qualifications: • Previous experience working in retail or within the grocery sector What we offer • Salary according to the Trade Union collective agreement • Mileage compensation - starting and ending at home • Paid travel time between stores • Practical training in-store upon starting About SRB Retail House At SRB Retail House, we help you win the battle in-store.
