Part-Time Merchandiser Position - Säffle

Working at SRB Retail House As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring store shelves are always well-stocked and products are displayed in a sales-oriented manner. Your main tasks include: • Restocking and maintaining products • Checking signage and repositioning as needed • Ordering goods and tracking inventory status • Communicating with store personnel and ensuring store needs are met • Working independently in stores and potentially visiting multiple locations in a day In this role, freedom with responsibility is crucial - you plan and execute your work independently but always have support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House. Who We Are Looking For We seek someone who wants to work approximately 3 hours/week on Saturday mornings. To thrive in this role, we look for someone who: • Has an interest in grocery retail and enjoys physically active work • Is solution-oriented, communicative, and works efficiently at a high pace • Enjoys working independently and changing environments during the workday • Is a morning person - we start workdays early in the morning • Has a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle as you will visit multiple stores in one day Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience working in retail or grocery trade What We Offer • Salary according to Handels collective agreement • Mileage compensation - starting and ending at home • Paid travel time between stores • Practical in-store training at start About SRB Retail House At SRB Retail House, we help you win in-store.
