Part-Time Merchandiser Position - Nödinge

As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring store shelves are always well-stocked and products are displayed in a sales-oriented manner. Your main tasks include: • Restocking and maintaining merchandise • Checking signage and repositioning products as needed • Ordering goods and monitoring inventory status • Communicating with store personnel and ensuring store needs are met • Working independently in stores and potentially visiting multiple locations in a day In this role, freedom with responsibility is crucial - you plan and execute your work independently but always have support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House. Who We're Looking For We're seeking someone who can work approximately 5 hours/week, distributed on Monday & Thursday. The position starts immediately. We're looking for someone who: • Has an interest in grocery retail and enjoys physically active work • Is solution-oriented, communicative, and works efficiently at a high pace • Enjoys working independently and changing environments during the workday • Is a morning person - we start workdays early in the morning • Has a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle Preferred qualifications: • Previous experience working in stores or within grocery retail What We Offer • Salary according to Handels collective agreement • Mileage compensation - starting and ending at home • Paid travel time between stores • Practical in-store training at start About SRB Retail House At SRB Retail House, we help you win in-store.
