Working with Us! - SRB Retail House As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you will be responsible for ensuring store shelves are always well-stocked and products are displayed in a sales-driven manner. Your main tasks include: • Restocking and managing merchandise • Checking signage and repositioning products as needed • Ordering products and monitoring inventory status • Communicating with store personnel and ensuring store needs are met • Working independently in stores and potentially visiting multiple locations in a day In this role, freedom with responsibility is important - you will plan and execute your work independently while always having support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House. Who We Are Looking For We seek someone willing to work approximately 15 hours during weeks 1 & 2. This is primarily a temporary position during these weeks, with potential future assignments as needed. The temporary position starts in week 1, with introduction beginning immediately. You will visit stores in Kungälv, Stora Höga, and Älvängen. To thrive in this role, we are looking for someone who: • Has an interest in grocery retail and enjoys physically active work • Is solution-oriented, communicative, and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Enjoys working independently and changing environments during the workday • Is a morning person - we start workdays early in the morning • Has a driver's license and access to a personal vehicle to visit multiple stores in a day Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience working in retail or grocery sectors What We Offer: • Salary according to Handels collective agreement • Mileage compensation - starting and ending at home • Paid travel time between stores • Practical in-store training at the start About SRB Retail House At SRB Retail House, we help you win in-store.
