About this role

About the Position We are now seeking several customer service representatives for an assignment with one of our clients. You will work in an open-plan office alongside committed and service-oriented colleagues. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will respond to customer inquiries via both phone and email. The most common questions relate to price information, invoices, complaints, and refunds. The company's customers speak Swedish, Danish, and English, which means a good understanding of all three languages is required. Job Responsibilities As a customer service representative, you will: • Contribute to an excellent customer experience • Work towards set goals and KPIs • Handle incoming calls and respond to emails • Perform administrative tasks, such as mail handling and registration This is a consulting assignment via Adecco with a planned start in October. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM–5:15 PM. About You We are seeking a service-minded individual looking for a long-term temporary position. You should be able to work approximately twice a week during school terms and be available for more extensive work during holidays. Previous customer contact experience is desirable, and customer service experience is advantageous. To succeed in the role, you need good communication skills, an ability to build relationships, be solution-oriented, and adaptable. As you will work with multiple systems, good computer skills and quick learning are required. To thrive in the role, you need a positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a good workplace atmosphere. Position Requirements: • Currently a student or have another primary occupation of at least 50% • At least two semesters remaining in studies • Available to work two days per week, and full-time during Christmas and summer holidays • Previous service experience • Good knowledge of Swedish and English • Understand and be able to communicate in Danish NOTE! The introduction includes training during weeks 47 and 48, during which you are expected to be available.
