Female Assistant for a 48-year-old woman in Lund.
Would you like to work as a personal assistant while studying? If so, this could be the opportunity for you. We are looking for someone who can work evenings with sleeping night shifts and occasional weekend shifts. We offer a varied job within a very pleasant assistant team aged 20-50 years.
This position is well-suited for combining with studies. Experience in similar work is a merit, but the most important factor is that the personal chemistry is right. It is an advantage if you live in Lund or nearby to be able to step in when needed.
The client is looking for a female assistant.
The client is a very social, cheerful, and lively 48-year-old woman with a developmental disability and a mobility impairment. She lives independently in Lund. She needs assistance with most daily activities, including personal care, household management, cooking, and support during leisure activities.
As an applicant, you should:
- Speak fluent Swedish to facilitate communication with the client
- Be non-smoking
Working hours: Initially, you will be available to cover for illness, leave, etc., with the possibility of transitioning to scheduled shifts of approximately 20-30%. The position is set to commence in January after training. There is also an opportunity to work extra during the absence of other assistants.
We are a small cooperative with 24 members who value quality assistance. To achieve this, we promote a collegial spirit with knowledge and experience sharing. We have mandatory training sessions where our assistants meet, and we continuously arrange activities for our members. Each year, all employees are invited to a joint activity, and at Christmas, the groups gather separately.
