Aquasund - Swimming School with Play as Our Guiding Star! In a playful, fun, and conscious way, we teach the fundamentals of swimming and water safety. We offer swimming lessons for children ages 0-8 and have a wide range of courses that start continuously throughout the year. In Skåne, you can swim with us in Malmö and Västra Ingelstad. In Blekinge, we are located in Karlshamn. Common to all our swimming schools are the warm, comfortable water, beautiful facilities, and a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in families' daily lives, to share experiences in the water where children and parents develop together. You don't need to be an expert swimmer, but it's important that you feel comfortable in your leadership and can humbly guide parents through swimming instruction for small children. We seek someone who wants a warm, fun, and playful work environment and wants to be part of an unpretentious team where we learn from and support each other. In your role as a swim instructor, you will guide your groups - children together with parents - towards the goals in our swim programs, where play and joy are at the center. In our training (and in your job as an instructor), you will gain broad experience in leadership, communication, and relationship-building with both adults and children. We are looking for someone with high service-mindedness, great commitment, and the ability to drive their own development process. Currently, we are seeking instructors for our swimming school with and without parents. To start working as an instructor with us, training is required. We cover the education costs, but you invest your time. We are an ambitious and happy team passionate about our mission - to contribute to children's personal development towards water confidence and swimming skills. Our team consists mainly of hourly-paid instructors, and now we want to grow!
