Part-time Job at Martin & Servera's Warehouse - Halmstad

Job Responsibilities As a warehouse employee at Martin & Servera, you will: • Operate a forklift and pick and complete orders. You will be picking all types of food products as well as alcoholic beverages. • Be physically active, as the job involves manual labor and heavy lifting is common. There are two different departments at the workplace: the dry goods and the freezer. Work will occur in both departments, starting in the dry goods department. Working Hours • The job is scheduled for weekdays in the evening from 16:30 to 23:00. Daytime shifts are available upon request. Fridays are busy days, and we expect you to be able to work three Fridays a month. • The position will start in early 2026. • During the summer, we expect you to want and be able to work up to full-time. • Scheduling is done week by week during the semesters, making it very flexible and suitable for your studies. During the summer, you will be assigned a summer schedule. • The job begins with a two-week paid training period. This is mandatory for starting the position. Furthermore, we see that you are driven and have the ability to maintain pace and focus. Attention to detail is crucial in this job, as incorrect picking has direct consequences for customers. You should also be in good physical shape as there are many heavy lifts and the work is done at a brisk pace. You enjoy working towards clearly defined goals and have a desire to improve. Requirements • You must be at least 18 years old to be employed in this position. • To be hired and remain employed in this position, you must have another primary occupation of at least 50%. Examples of another primary occupation include studies at least half-time (50%), another job where you are guaranteed at least 50% work, self-employment, or being an elite athlete. You will need to provide proof of your primary occupation before potential employment for this position. • Since workplace introductions, safety regulations, safety briefings, and other instructions are conducted in Swedish, you need to be proficient in the Swedish language.
