We are seeking individuals who want to work with our ICA customers in their departments. As the pressure is high both during and after Black Friday and with the beginning of the holiday gift season, we need to reinforce our staffing pool for ICA stores in Malmö and Lund and surrounding areas.

We are seeking an energetic person interested in extra work during the Christmas season and potentially beyond. You work efficiently and have an excellent, positive approach to customer service. You are sales-oriented with service as your second nature. You are a social person who easily communicates with staff and customers, which is a significant part of the job. You are meticulous and ensure customers leave the store satisfied. You are physically strong and can handle many heavy lifts. You manage stress and enjoy working in a store environment.
About the Position
We are seeking engaged and service-minded employees for our staffing pool at ICA stores in Malmö and Lund and surrounding areas. As part of the pool, you'll have the opportunity to work in different departments – such as checkout, post office, delicatessen, picking, and produce.
Work hours vary depending on store needs, making this job perfect for those seeking flexibility – perhaps you're a student, have another part-time job, or just want to fill your calendar with extra shifts! We use the Ipool personnel system where you can input your availability. Salary and additional compensation according to retail sector agreement.
