Part-time Receptionist in Sundsvall

We are now seeking a service-oriented individual for a receptionist position with varied tasks for one of our customers in Sundsvall. About the Position As a receptionist, you will be at the center of our customer's most important meetings. Tasks vary but primarily include receiving visitors, managing the telephone switchboard, handling mail, issuing parking permits, etc. You will be the face of the company and assist where needed. Reception experience is not a requirement; the most important thing is that you as a person are representative and have a good sense of service. Your Main Responsibilities Requirements for this position include having a driver's license and having another primary occupation of at least 50% or more (studying or similar). Previous service experience, administrative knowledge, and computer skills are meritorious. Work hours are during the day, Monday – Friday as needed.
