Who are we looking for?
We are now seeking a passionate cook who wants to work in a team where service spirit and teamwork are at the forefront. With curiosity and enthusiasm, you will create flavorful and well-prepared dishes with a focus on sustainability.
The position includes daily tasks such as self-inspection, having a good knowledge of allergens and being able to account for all ingredients, ordering and receiving goods, as well as waste management. You will also assist with menu planning and inventory.
About Campus Guldheden
Campus Guldheden is an international school with approximately 700 students. The kitchen and dining area are newly built and will open in August. We will be a team of 4-5 employees working together across various boundaries.
Who are you?
• You are over 18 years old.
• You have an education in hospitality and restaurant management with a focus on cooking or equivalent experience.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in the cooking profession.
• You have the ability to plan and structure your work effectively.
• You take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service and quality in what you deliver, driven by your passion.
• You understand your role in ensuring satisfied guests, and you are positive, stress-resistant, and able to collaborate and communicate easily.
• You can take initiative and are flexible in your professional role.
• You speak and write both Swedish and English.
• Experience with menu planning systems is a plus.
