As a service technician at Smartify, your mission will be to help private individuals and companies get their digital technology in order. You'll travel in a service vehicle to complete assignments in customers' homes and at businesses. We offer you an independent and varied work environment with opportunities for development and personal responsibility.
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of smart technology in private homes and businesses, including:
• Computers and peripheral equipment
• Networks and network equipment
• TV and audio systems, including wall mounting
• Activation and configuration of broadband services in households, such as routers, Wi-Fi networks, TV equipment, and broadband telephony
• Mounting of conduits and cable routing for new broadband outlets
• Digital locks & alarms
• Sales, installation, and configuration of software and hardware
What are we looking for in you?
• You are social and enjoy meeting new people.
• You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and like working independently with personal responsibility.
• You have broad technical expertise, are a true tech enthusiast, practically minded, and love learning new things.
• You have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
• A manual Class B driver's license is required.
This is a part-time position that can perfectly complement studies or another part-time job. Hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends, but we are flexible and will book working hours that suit us both.
Please note that the service vehicle used for work is stationed in Gothenburg, which means you will pick up and drop it off there.
