AB OmsorgsCompagniet in the Nordics has been operating since 2003 and is an established care services provider. We offer personal assistance, respite care, accompaniment, housing support, and LSS housing in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Örebro, and Trollhättan.
We are seeking someone who wants to work as a respite care worker and help create a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client, a 12-year-old gaming enthusiast. As a respite care worker, you will temporarily care for the client, and together you will perform activities at home or in the local area – such as sports, walks, gaming, cooking, or other shared tasks. The position is only 8 hours per month, divided into two sessions.
We prefer candidates with experience or knowledge of autism and/or ADHD, and a genuine interest in working with people.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is responsible, attentive, and good at building positive relationships
- Has a calm and positive approach
- Is flexible and enjoys working independently
