Why You Are Important
Do you want to be part of building something new on an international level? As Export Manager at Kellfri, you will play a key role in our European expansion, where you will lead strategically while also being involved in daily sales activities. Here, you will step into an entrepreneurial company with strong growth, engaged colleagues, and a clear mission: to make it easier for more people to run businesses in rural areas.
About Kellfri
Kellfri is a comprehensive supplier of affordable products with Swedish design for all types of agriculture, forestry, and equestrian farms. With control over the entire chain, from idea to finished product, we enable more people to operate businesses in the countryside. The company was founded in 1952, has a turnover of approximately 370 million SEK, and employs around 70 dedicated staff with its headquarters in Skara. Kellfri AB is part of Salix Group, a business area within Volati, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. We have e-commerce operations in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, and are currently in a strong phase of international expansion.
Our Culture
Kellfri is a company with an entrepreneurial spirit, short decision-making paths, and a culture characterized by engagement, curiosity, and a forward-thinking attitude. We believe in responsibility, freedom, and clear goals, where every employee can contribute to development. We are on an expansion journey with a strong owner, a well-established brand, and a clear belief in the future.
Focus of Your Role
As Export Manager, you will have a central role in driving and developing our export business in the European market. You will combine strategic responsibilities with operational sales work and directly contribute to more people accessing our affordable products for agriculture, forestry, and equestrian farms. You will have the support of an engaged team of two people.
You will:
• Lead, support, and develop your team.
• Identify, analyze, establish, and develop distributors in both existing and new markets.
• Be responsible for budget, forecasts, and results.
• Develop processes and strategies for pricing, agreements, and sales support.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, logistics, and service to ensure a competitive offering.
• Actively participate in sales and customer dialogues.
• Represent Kellfri at trade fairs and international customer events.
Strategically, the role involves developing and implementing Kellfri's export strategy for Europe while analyzing markets and competitors to identify new business opportunities. You will actively contribute insights and proposals for both product development and marketing, aiming to strengthen Kellfri's position in the international market. The role reports to the Sales Manager and is part of the sales management team.
If We Could Wish
With experience in international sales and business development, preferably within B2B and through distributor networks, you combine strong leadership skills with a drive to achieve results. You are either already a leader or ready to step into your first leadership role.
• Understanding of export logistics, agreements, and international trade regulations.
• Strong analytical and business acumen; you understand numbers, margins, and can negotiate at a high level.
• Experience from the machinery, technology, or agriculture industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Experience with distributors or business partners in multiple markets.
• Proficient in systems (CRM/business systems, Office suite).
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written – knowledge of German is a plus.
Is This the Right Place for You?
If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with strong operational drive and have the ability to translate plans into concrete results, this could be the role for you. You are relationship-oriented, communicative, and instill confidence in all contexts. With an independent and structured work style, you work purposefully towards set goals and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where decision-making paths are short and the pace is high.
Are you ready to help shape the future of a company with a strong brand, great commitment, and ambitious growth goals? We are now looking for someone who wants to make a difference – with both heart and mind – and take Kellfri out into Europe.
