Export Control Manager – Hybrid

We are looking for an Export Control Manager for our R&D organization. Export control is a crucial part of our global operations and an integral aspect of our responsibility. As regulations evolve, the need to ensure compliance at all levels increases.
About the Role
You will be responsible for coordinating export control issues within R&D. This involves ensuring that our processes and procedures comply with applicable legislation, as well as providing support and guidance on complex export control matters. You will work closely with other parts of the organization, including procurement and central export control functions, to drive a unified approach.
Who You Are
• You have experience in product development and a good understanding of technical environments
• You are structured, analytical, and possess high integrity
• You enjoy collaborating but can also work independently
• You hold an academic degree and have several years of relevant experience
• You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English
• You are curious about – or already knowledgeable in – export control regulations in Sweden, the EU, the USA, and China
We would appreciate if you have a pedagogical flair and enjoy educating and supporting others on issues related to regulations and compliance.
