The Property Director and Their Property Division are Responsible for the Agency's Property Management. Within the division's Property Technology Unit, there is a Technical Projects Section where Project Managers Specialized in Driving Telecommunications Security Projects Work. What's New is that the Section Will be Expanded with an Expert to Handle Coordination of Requirements, Standardized Requirement Setting, and Project Planning.
The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is a Tenant with Specific Requirements for How Our Facilities and Systems Should be Designed. To Deliver Functional Spaces for Core Operations, We Must be a Clear Requirements Setter that Considers Operational Needs and Adheres to Applicable Norms and Standards.
We Are Seeking a Coordinating "Doer" with Technical Expertise and the Ability to Collaborate Between Requirements Setters, Management, and Executors to Create a Unified and Professional Requirements Approach for External Parties. You Are Solution-Oriented, Strategically Thinking, and Want to Make a Difference. To Succeed in the Role, You Easily Collaborate, Have the Ability to Shift Between Detail and Helicopter Perspectives, and Transform Theory into Tangible Results.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In the Expert Role, You Will be Responsible for Shaping, Developing, and Following Up on Requirements Setting and Project Planning to Ensure a More Standardized Journey for Our Project Managers.
You Will Play a Central Role in the Agency's Capacity Expansion by Managing Requirements Collection and Collaborating with Internal and External Requirements Setters. You Will Serve as the Primary Contact for Project Managers and Consulting Teams.
Collaborating with Various Stakeholders, Both Internal and External, is a Major Part of the Job, with the Primary Focus on Ensuring Projects are Delivered with High Quality Through Clear Requirements. Some Research Work in Project Planning and Technical Requirements is Included.
With Your Extensive Experience, You Are Expected to Contribute to Improving Work Methods and Streamlining Processes for Future Projects.

We Seek Candidates With:
• Higher Education in a Relevant Field, or Alternative Education Combined with Experience Deemed Relevant by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service
• Multiple Years of Experience in Project Planning for Complex, Installation-Intensive, Telecommunications Projects
• Experience Leading and Directing Project Groups
• Good Knowledge of Construction Law
• Good Knowledge of Security Technology
• Knowledge of AB/ABT/ABK
• Knowledge of Public Procurement Law
• Knowledge of Construction Safety Coordination
• Ability to Communicate Effectively in Swedish
• Driver's License (Class B)
Additional Merits Include:
