About this role
The Administrative Court of Appeal in Gothenburg is the second largest of Sweden's four administrative courts. The court's primary task is to review cases that are appealed from the administrative courts in Gothenburg, Karlstad, and Malmö. The Administrative Court of Appeal handles a wide range of case types. The most common include social insurance cases, tax cases, procurement cases, cases under the Social Services Act, cases concerning legality assessments under the Local Government Act, and various cases involving coercion against individuals.

The court is centrally located in Gothenburg and has approximately 110 employees. The organization consists of three adjudicating departments and an administrative department, which includes the case administration unit, the service unit, and the administrative secretariat unit.
We are seeking a security officer for the court's service unit who is highly committed to service, security, and interactions with people.
**Responsibilities**
You will be responsible, together with your closest colleagues in the service unit, for ensuring that the court's employees and visitors are well received, receive good service, and feel secure in the court's premises. The work in the unit is led by the service manager.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Staffing the court's security control and reception.
• Establishing order and security in public areas and attending hearings as needed.
• Ensuring that the court's visitors are well received, informed, and provided with good service.
• Providing technical support in the courtrooms.
• Managing alarm and access systems.
• Continuously providing internal service, such as mail handling, basic property maintenance, setting up and furnishing workspaces, etc.
• Communicating with property owners, contractors, and others.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who has:
• At least a high school education or equivalent qualifications that we deem relevant for the position.
• A valid security guard authorization.
• Experience in similar tasks that we consider relevant for the position.
• Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Previous experience with video conferencing technology, surveillance cameras, or similar technology-related tasks may be advantageous.
