Ottobock Care in Uppsala consists of a store and reception area, a patient clinic, and a production department. We are a team of 11 employees where everyone contributes their expertise and commitment to developing the business. About the PositionThe Dispatch Manager role consists of two parts. The first part involves tasks in our reception, which means staffing our switchboard, receiving all incoming calls, and working administratively with referral management, scheduling, and invoicing. Periodically, there is high workload requiring you to be able and enjoy handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining service and quality. The second part involves sales in our store, with a focus on guiding our customers. Other store-related tasks include cash management, purchasing, and inventory management. You will also handle goods reception as needed. You will be part of a team of orthopedic engineers, orthopedic technicians, physiotherapists, and dispatch managers with extensive experience. The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Uppsala. Working hours according to local work time agreement, daytime. Start date by arrangement. A requirement is excellent computer skills, experience and/or education in administration. It is meritorious if you have knowledge of the Office package and retail sales.
