ABOUT THE POSITION ILT Education is an EdTech company developing digital educational tools for preschool, primary school, secondary school, and adult education. They are now facing an important migration in the Hubspot CRM system, where they are seeking an Excel-skilled consultant to prepare for the migration by structuring and quality assuring large amounts of business data in Excel. You will work independently with significant personal responsibility, but with close support from the CFO and administrator. Your focus will be on ensuring the highest possible data quality. This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at ILT Education. The assignment is expected to last 1-2 months. You will work regular office hours and be based at ILT's office south of Stockholm, with some possibility of remote work. RESPONSIBILITIES The role involves systematically preparing and quality assuring large data sets in Excel for an important migration in the Hubspot CRM system. The work requires thoroughness, logical ability, and a deep understanding of data management to ensure that the new system is filled with correct and structured information. * Structure and process lists in Excel * Use advanced Excel functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP * Ensure 100% data accuracy in prepared documentation * Extract and quality assure contract data * Prepare data for import in connection with Hubspot migration (CRM system) WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE - Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP - Good logical ability and a keen eye for detail - Ability to work carefully and persistently with large data sets - Advanced knowledge of English in speech and writing - Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It is meritorious if you have - Knowledge of Finnish - Knowledge of German To succeed in the role, you should have the following personal characteristics: - Meticulous - Structured - Self-driven Recruitment Process This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work, and our client's wish is that all questions regarding the position be sent to Academic Work.
